If you need resolution to an issue and expect to hear back from me, then you must take the time to complete the contact form on the right sidebar of this site directly under my photo.
Please do not just leave a comment at the end of any of the posts you are reading in expectation of email response from me. The blog service scrambles your email address when doing so and therefore leaves me with no way of contacting you with a response. If you want a response from me in your email, you must use the contact form at the right sidebar of this site (directly under my photo), otherwise you'll never hear from me.
Furthermore, when users do leave comments under the blog readings, quite often they fail to highlight the 'notify me' check box to begin with, and therefore will never receive notification of my response to their comment when I do respond even in that manner.
A surefire way to obtain your answer- simply fill out the form and I will get back to you within 48 hours.
